These terms apply to work quoted and carried out by CCTV Guru.
Quotations. All quotes are fixed and itemised once issued, valid for the period stated on the quote (7 days unless otherwise agreed), and based on the property information provided at the time. Unforeseen site conditions discovered once work begins will be discussed with you before any additional cost is incurred.
Payment. Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty. All workmanship is warrantied for 12 months from the date of installation. This covers our installation work (mounting, cabling, terminations, configuration) and does not extend the manufacturer's warranty on hardware, which is handled separately on your behalf.
Access. You confirm you have the authority to have work carried out at the property, and to have cameras installed covering the areas discussed during the site survey.
Cancellation. Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice at no charge; cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee.
