Why it happens
Taped twist joints, strain on unsupported cable, or rodent damage in ceilings and conduit.
How we fix it
Failed joints are re-terminated with proper connectors in junction boxes and the run secured; where rodents are the cause we armour or re-route the vulnerable section.
