What you'll notice
Cameras work all day but drop or reboot after dark — often several at once, often in cold weather.
Why it happens
IR LEDs switching on push current demand up; a marginal supply or thin cable then sags below the camera's minimum voltage.
How we fix it
We measure voltage at the camera under night load, then fix the real cause: heavier gauge cable, a supply with genuine headroom, or relocating power closer to the camera.
Still not working?
If the checks above haven't restored your power supply, this usually needs a technician. Our CCTV Repairs service covers exactly this fault.
