What you'll notice
The DDNS hostname stops resolving, or resolves to a stale address after every reconnection.
Why it happens
An expired DDNS account, the updater running on a device that was replaced, or CG-NAT making inbound connections impossible regardless of DDNS.
How we fix it
We repair or migrate the DDNS updater — or move you to P2P/VPN access where your ISP's CG-NAT makes port forwarding a dead end.
Still not working?
If the checks above haven't restored your router & network, this usually needs a technician. Our Remote Viewing Setup service covers exactly this fault.
