Why it happens
A dirty or scratched lens dome, condensation inside the housing, focus knocked out on varifocal lenses, spider webs, or a camera pointed through glass.
How we fix it
Lens cleaning, refocusing and repositioning where needed; if moisture has been inside the housing long enough to etch the lens, we quote a replacement honestly.
